By accessing or using InceNar ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
InceNar is a digital marketplace that connects independent authors with readers. We provide tools for publishing, selling, and purchasing digital books and series.
You must create an account to use certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Authors retain copyright to their works. By uploading content, you grant InceNar a license to distribute and sell your books. Authors receive royalties on net sales revenue. InceNar retains platform fees as configured.
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds except in cases of technical defects that prevent access to purchased content.
Users may not upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. InceNar reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
Authors may purchase storage subscriptions to upload books. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. No refunds for partial months.
InceNar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
